After it has been collected it goes through an elaborate 12 step process to create the perfect hair. The hair goes through a very complex process to guarantee quality. We only sell high quality hair and products.
Q: WILL THE HAIR EXTENSIONS APPLY METHODS DAMAGE MY OWN HAIR?
A: If properly installed and maintained, this method will not damage your hair. It is 100% natural and there are no chemicals or tools used. We recommend using one of our Certified Stylists for the best application. Please work with a trained professional experience in hair extensions application to ensure that the product will work properly zero damage.
Q: CAN I WASH MY HAIR EVERYDAY AND BLOW DRY IT? WHAT ABOUT SWIMMING?
A: Yes, you can wash your hair and get blowouts without ruining your hair up hair extensions. Our strong tape is extremely durable and lasts, as long as the scalp does not become excessively oily the bonds will stay. We have high quality tape that is strong. You can swim, workout, go on vacation, and not have to worry about your extensions coming out.
Q: HOW MANY PACKS DO I NEED?
A: If you have thin to medium hair you will need 2-3 packs of our hair or 1-2 packs in the wavy and extra virgin hair. If you have thick hair you will need more packs of hair. You will need 3-5 in the remy and 2 or more in the ombre, wavy or extra virgin collection.
Q: HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
A: Each application can last up to 6 months with proper care. The hair extensions can be reused up to 3-5 times with proper care.
Q: CAN I COLOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
A: Yes you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair all collections can be dyed. Just note that you should only use semi or demi permanent hair dye. You should never ever lift the color, only deposit it. You want to keep the hair healthy. Color darker, never lighter.
Q: WHICH COLOR SHOULD I GET?
A: For the best color match we advise that you purchase a color ring. Each computer monitor can vary so it is best you have a complete match. Also, we have our own colors. Just because you are a #4 at another company, doesn't mean it will be 100% the same. We have our own color system.
Q: Can I modify or cancel the order after placing?
A: Within 48 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 48 hours, we will not accept any order cancel. Modification on stock order is not acceptable. Modification on custom order in 72 hours after placing is free of charge; if out of 72 hours, it will charge on modification, and the detailed charge standard refers to the website clauses.
Q: How can i check my order status?
A: We will send you an order confirmation through email after you placed your order and will also send you a tracking number as soon as its dispatching.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. If the color does not fit, you can send back for exchange; if you do not like the hair, you can send it back for exchange or refund as long as the goods are in the original package.
